i)The President shall provide leadership in the development of the Conference;
ii) the President shall call all Conference Meetings and preside as Chair;
iii) the President, with the approval of the Executive, may strike any Committee(s) as per Article III, Paragraph C and shall be ex-officio, a member of all Committees with the exception of the Nominating Committee. The President shall also appoint the Chairman for the Committee(s);
iv) the President shall appoint a Referee in Chief, Statistician, Affiliation Delegate, Director
of Media Relations and Director of Marketing to assist in the day-to-day operation of the
Conference;
v) the President shall cast the deciding vote on all questions in Conference Meetings where there is equal division;
vi) the President, or his designate, shall strike a Discipline Committee prior to one month before the first game of the season consisting of no less than three people and no more than five people associated with the Conference. The President, or his designate shall chair the Discipline Committee.
